THIS PROJECT OFFERS A COMBINATION OF CO-WORKING OFFICES AND VARIETY OF GATHERING SPACES FOR A DIVERSE PATRONAGE THAT AIMS TO CREATE A PROFESSIONAL COMMUNITY.THE VEILS UNFOLD TO INTERACT WITH PEDESTRIANS WHILE ALSO SERVING AS PRIMARY PASSIVE COOLING STRATEGY BY REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT.
