THE DEVELOPMENT IS COMPOSED OF A 9,425SF RETAIL BUILDING WITH AND TWO 11,610SF WAREHOUSES. THE MIXED-USE CAMPUS PROVIDES ARCHITECTURAL STRATEGIES TO MEET THE EVER CHANGING AND EVOLVING NEEDS BY PROVIDING COMBATIVE SPACES THAT ALLOW TENANTS TO BE DISTINCTIVE AS THEY WOULD LIKE.
